All bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee which shall be in the form of either: a) a bond secured by a surety company acceptable to the U. S. Government and authorized to do business in the State of Ohio. The amount of the bond shall be for the full (100%) amount of the bid, plus alternates; b) a certified check, cashier’s check, bank draft or irrevocable letter of credit. The amount of the certified check, bank draft, irrevocable letter of credit shall be in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, plus alternates.
